Things to see and do in Cambridge

With one of the world’s most famous universities in town, there’s so much culture to explore based around that alone. From the University Museum of Zoology to the Wren Library and from the Bridge of Sighs to King’s College Chapel, the Cambridge University Botanic Garden is another must-see. 

The Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, the Museum of Cambridge and the Museum of Classical Archaeology are all packed with fascinating exhibits, while there’s also the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge Science Centre and the Cambridge Museum of Technology to explore. Transport links in Cambridge

Cambridge train station is just off Hills Road close to the centre of town and puts on a range of services including CrossCountry, Great Northern and Thameslink trains. You can use these to get to Central London in less than 50 minutes, making Cambridge viable for commuting to the capital. The M11 motorway also conveniently begins near the city, which heads west towards Stansted Airport around half an hour away and on to London and the M25. 

The Cambridge property market
