You can also catch a ferry from Dover to Calais in France in just 90 minutes, while it’s only 35 minutes on the Eurotunnel from Folkestone to Calais. 

    If you drive, you can make use of the M25 motorway in the west, while the M20 strikes east from the London circular towards the coast. The M2 also runs between Faversham and Rochester in the north of the county.
