  1. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status and availability, and David Wilson Homes' standard terms and conditions.
  2. This offer is (subject to clause 3 below) available to Key Workers. For the purposes of this offer: (i) "Barratt Developments" means David Wilson Homes or other David Wilson division from time to time depending on availability; and (ii) "Key Worker" means an individual currently employed (in any capacity) by one of the following bodies:
    1. NHS;
    2. Education;
    3. Police Force;
    4. Fire Service;
    5. Ministry of Defence;
    6. Environmental Service;
    7. Highways England;
    8. Probation Service;
    9. Local Authority; and
    10. Prison Service.
  3. This offer is available to Key Workers who purchase a new Barratt Developments property. We make this offer available across our Barratt Developments divisions from time to time, however, it may not always be available for all categories of Key Workers.   4.
