    Participants will be required to take part in the Home Power Plus trial. 
    Participants will receive monthly electricity bill credits for two years, covering usage up to 5,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) per year.
    A fair usage cap of 5,000 kWh per year applies. If your electricity use exceeds this cap, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
    Electric Vehicle (EV) charging is not included in the free bill offer. You will need to pay separately for electricity used to charge EVs at home.
    The offer applies only while you remain part of the trial. If you move out or opt out, the free bill credits will end.
    All included low-carbon technology—heat pump, solar panels, battery storage, and EV charger—must remain installed and connected.
    Devices must be optimised and controlled via the Hive app to ensure energy efficiency and trial participation.
    Participants must agree to share smart meter and device usage data with British Gas and David Wilson Homes for the duration of the trial.
    You will be required to take part in surveys or interviews to provide feedback on your experience living in a low-carbon home.
    At the end of the two-year trial, you will keep all installed technology, but standard electricity charges will apply going forward.
    The offer is subject to British Gas terms and conditions and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
    Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation.
