To be considered for the Part Exchange Guarantee Scheme you must have completed the Part Exchange application form and reservation agreement and paid your reservation deposit. Part Exchange Guarantee Scheme is subject to use of a David Wilson Homes nominated estate agent to market and sell your existing home and you must sign an exclusive sales agreement with them.
