New homes in West Sussex

West Sussex is a county in the South East that shares a boundary with East Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. The English Channel makes up a large part of its border, while the county meets Kent in the north east. Houses in West Sussex offer plenty of variety, whether you want to be in a seaside town like Littlehampton or Worthing, or somewhere more inland.

From hiking through the South Downs, to visiting Goodwood House and its racecourse, exploring Southwater Country Park or spending time at Chichester harbour, you’ve also got the historical Cissbury Ring and Chanctonbury Ring hill forts to see. Then take the kids to Fishers Farm Park or the South Downs Planetarium, when you choose from our new builds in West Sussex below.

If the pull of the coast is proving too strong to resist, St Peter’s Catholic Primary in seaside town Shoreham could be the ideal school for your kids. Turners Hill CofE Primary is a top option in Crawley, rated as outstanding by Ofsted, while Jessie Younghusband School and Aldingbourne Primary are strong choices in Chichester.

Children in Chichester can move on to Bishop Luffa School or St Philip Howard Catholic High School, which are both outstanding according to the education board. The same goes for Worth School in Crawley and Blackthorns Primary in Haywards Heath.
