      2. This offer is (subject to clause 2 below) available to Key Workers. For the purposes of this offer: (i) "David Wilson Homes” means BDW Trading Limited, trading as David Wilson Homes; and (ii) "Key Worker" means an individual currently employed (in any capacity) by one of the following bodies/institutions:

      9.
