Rezide offers a loan of 15% of the purchase price, on an interest only basis at a rate of 4% p.a fixed for the term of the loan. It is repayable in line with the value of the home at the time of sale or redemption. Mortgage offers will be made at the lender’s discretion and in line with their criteria and therefore this offer does not constitute a guarantee of a mortgage offer.
