How First Homes Fund works

Thanks to First Homes Fund, first-time buyers in Scotland could receive a loan of up to £10,000 towards their home. This loan can be repaid on the sale of your home, or you can increase your share in your home while you own it.

So you could buy your first home that’s worth up to £300,000 with a 5% deposit and a minimum 25% mortgage.
