Transport links in Coalville


Coalville offers great access to junction 22 of the M1 motorway, which you can use to get to places like Nottingham in around half an hour. It’s a touch longer to Coventry, while it’s usually best to use the A50 to get to Leicester. This is a journey of around 20 minutes, while you can hop on the A444 and M42 to drive to Birmingham in just over half an hour. 


Coalville doesn’t have its own train station, with the nearest being nine miles away in Loughborough. The town is a similar distance from East Midlands Airport, which is helpful for those trips abroad or to reach different parts of the UK.
