Looking for a David Wilson home?

Government guidance allows you to visit our marketing suites and show homes by appointment. We have extra measures in place to help keep everyone safe, as well as virtual viewings available.


In the process of buying a David Wilson home?

Harland Park

The housing market is still very much open, and our construction and conveyancing teams are still in operation – we’re working hard to make sure your move date isn’t impacted.

Living in a David Wilson home?

Our Customer Care Technicians, Site Management teams and subcontractors are still operating during this time.

As you are aware, the Scottish Government has defined 5 local protection levels within their guidance and they determine what work we are able to do in homes for each level.

Currently, we are able to perform works as normal for areas classed as Level 0 to 3.

For areas classed as Level 4, we are not permitted to perform works within the home unless they are an emergency. All scheduled internal works for properties in this level will be re-arranged for a future date.

We will be able to continue with external works for all levels and, when visiting, our teams will continue to follow our robust COVID safety precautions.
