Tenbury Bridge was built in the 16th century, while the town’s unique Pump Room was built in 1862 and recently restored. When Queen Victoria visited in the 19th century, she called Tenbury Wells ‘my little town in the orchard’, thanks to the local apple, cider and hops industry.
