The launch of the new Bognor North Relief road has made both Arun Retail Park and The Peel Centre more accessible and both are now just a 5 minute drive away along with the local Supermarket. The works on the last phase at William's Gate is almost complete. The nearby Bognor Relief Road opened early Spring 2016, which brought much improved road connections to the area. Residents can now travel to Chichester in less than 20 minutes.
