A fantastic location

Bishop's Itchington is a thriving village just a mile from home. Accessed via a lit footpath through a pretty nature reserve, it's perfect for walking your dog or taking a stroll to get your daily paper.

Bishop's Itchington Primary School, with an Ofsted Rating of 'Good' is less than half a mile away. Southam College, just two and a half miles away has an Ofsted Rating of 'Outstanding', and there are a number of Independent schools nearby.

If you're looking for a good range of shops, bars and restaurants, Leamington Spa is just a 15 minute drive from the village. And if you have to commute, the A46, M40 and M42 provide access to Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Banbury as well as Birmingham, Oxford and the East Midlands.
