Charles Coldrey and his wife Sally purchased a 3-bedroom Cannington style home at Marham Park.

“We wanted a new build as we didn’t want to have to undertake in any DIY. We wanted a ready-made home in a nice location. The development itself is between two golf courses and our garden backs onto woodland. There are a few local shops, sports facilities and a large park will be coming soon.” Charles continued, “There are a number of features that we never had in our townhouse. Our previous home was narrow which made it quite dark, whereas our new home is spacious and light thanks to the open plan design."
