A quick history
Up until the 19th century, Belvedere was a mainly wooded estate belonging to Sir Culling Eardley, who built All Saints Church which still stands to this day. The village began to grow around the church, with Callender’s Cable Works providing local employment. Today, Belvedere is part of Greater London, and is popular with commuters travelling into the capital.

Belvedere is well-connected by road and rail, so it’s easy to travel to and from your new home. The journey to London takes just 30 minutes by train or 45 minutes by car, while the journey to Dartford takes 15 minutes and the drive to Maidstone around 35 minutes depending on traffic.
