Superior design

Milton Keynes is a city of contrasts. Originally made up of ancient villages, it is surrounded by progressive new areas and developments. In tune with everything that's fresh and new in this vibrant city, Stratford Park is an elegant development designed to complement the local area. Every home echoes this by being built to the very highest specification. For three years in a row we've been awarded a ‘5 Star Housebuilder Award*’as a result of recommendations from customers as well as a recognition of our superior build quality.

Essentials on your doorstep

Stratford Park is just a few minutes drive and an easy walk to Wolverton Town Centre which has an abundance of small high street independent shops, a large Tesco supermarket, Farm Fresh, fashion stores and car dealerships as well as the Wolverton Train station. Stony Stratford, also just a hop away, has plenty of restuarants, banks and pubs.

The build so far

Still in its early stages, the development is nevertheless taking on a distinctive air of elegance and desirability. There's great promise that as the homes are completed and more families start to establish themselves here, the personality of this lovely scheme will come into its own.

The buying process

Buying a home follows a set process. Here’s a quick overview, but don’t worry if it seems complicated – our team will be happy to answer any questions you have.

View our detailed guide for more information on the process

Find a solicitor

You’ll need a solicitor that specialises in conveyance to look after all the paperwork. We can put you in touch with one if needs be.

Arrange your mortgage

There are plenty of options to consider when it comes to a mortgage. Once you’ve done your research (or spoken to a mortgage adviser – again, we can put you in touch if you like), you should seek an agreement in principle.

Get a valuation and survey

Your mortgage lender will want confirmation the home is worth what you’re paying for it. They’ll organise the valuation for you – this will involve a fee.

Complete legal work

You solicitor will look after this for you. It’s all about formally transferring ownership from us to you, and checking there are no legal obstacles in the way.

Exchange contracts

Once the legal work is complete, your solicitor will exchange contracts with us. This is when you pay your deposit and commit to the deal taking place.

Complete and move in

On the date of completion, you become the legal owner of your new home. Collect the keys and make yourself comfy!
