Superior design

Our homes at Farndon Fields have been positioned to make the best of the views, with many of them looking out to the surrounding countryside. The footpath which runs through the centre of the development ends at a large village green, which has been positioned to create a safe area for children to enjoy along with an equipped play area surrounded by footpaths winding around.

Every home has been designed to our latest specification, complimenting the community feel of the development with a range of family homes.

Essentials on your doorstep

At Farndon Fields you’re just a short drive from excellent local primary schools, green spaces, cycle ways and the popular town centre.

For everyday shopping, Sainsbury’s is only five minute drive from the development or for something special, Farndon Fields farm shop is just around the corner. If you live an active lifestyle, there's a leisure centre and a golf course close at hand too.

The build so far

Farndon Fields is a new community on the edge of Market Harborough. We’ve worked alongside other house builders also developing at Farndon Fields to ensure that the homes in this premium location complement one another.

We began constructing our 107 premium homes on the site after planning permission was granted in 2010 and expect to be developing here until the end of 2013.

View our detailed guide for more information on the process

Find a solicitor

You’ll need a solicitor that specialises in conveyance to look after all the paperwork. We can put you in touch with one if needs be.

Get a valuation and survey

Your mortgage lender will want confirmation the home is worth what you’re paying for it. They’ll organise the valuation for you – this will involve a fee.

Complete legal work

You solicitor will look after this for you. It’s all about formally transferring ownership from us to you, and checking there are no legal obstacles in the way.

Exchange contracts

Once the legal work is complete, your solicitor will exchange contracts with us. This is when you pay your deposit and commit to the deal taking place.

Complete and move in

On the date of completion, you become the legal owner of your new home. Collect the keys and make yourself comfy!
