Superior design

As you approach Discovery Gardens, the front of the development perfectly complements the existing homes on Ashby Road, giving the impression of a Victorian terrace yet with all the benefits of a new home.

A feeling of space

Further in to the development, there's a true sense of space created from both the large, block-paved courtyard and village green, which both provide attractive vantage points for the surrounding homes.

Essentials on your doorstep

If you’re looking for convenience, Discovery Gardens is the perfect choice.

There’s an Asda supermarket just a short walk away and just down the road you’ll find Coalville town centre with a range of family run high street shops and eateries. If you’re more interested in sport than shopping, Discovery Golf Centre is right next door with a nine-hole course, driving range and clubhouse.

The build so far

Discovery Gardens has been in development since July 2011. We were granted planning permission in September 2010.

The buying process

Buying a home follows a set process. Here’s a quick overview, but don’t worry if it seems complicated – our team will be happy to answer any questions you have.

View our detailed guide for more information on the process

Find a solicitor

You’ll need a solicitor that specialises in conveyance to look after all the paperwork. We can put you in touch with one if needs be.

Arrange your mortgage

There are plenty of options to consider when it comes to a mortgage. Once you’ve done your research (or spoken to a mortgage adviser – again, we can put you in touch if you like), you should seek an agreement in principle.

Get a valuation and survey

Your mortgage lender will want confirmation the home is worth what you’re paying for it. They’ll organise the valuation for you – this will involve a fee.

Complete legal work

You solicitor will look after this for you. It’s all about formally transferring ownership from us to you, and checking there are no legal obstacles in the way.

Exchange contracts

Once the legal work is complete, your solicitor will exchange contracts with us. This is when you pay your deposit and commit to the deal taking place.

Complete and move in

On the date of completion, you become the legal owner of your new home. Collect the keys and make yourself comfy!
