Marsh Mill – In - Wyre


This historic windmill has been restored to its former glory and is still one of the largest mills in Europe, standing at a height of 22.8m (70ft).  Visitors can take a guided tour to the top of the mill or relax in the popular tavern and tea-room situated nearby.  Every weekend from Easter to October there is a variety of entertainments from steam rallies, circus acts and Punch and Judy to dancing demonstrations and brass bands.
