David Wilson Homes is interested in acquiring development land either with planning or subject to securing planning. Highly specialised staff will consider land suitable for developments of at least six units (with no maximum limit).

David Wilson Homes land personnel have a proven track record in obtaining planning and successful development of all types of housing from loft apartments to detached country homes, new build and land refurbishment both in purely residential and mixed use projects.
