Directions

FROM THE NORTH & SOUTH:-Take junction 25 off M1 and follow A52 towards Derby. After approx 3 miles turn left into Cole Lane then turn Right. The development is immediately on the left. FROM THE EAST:- Take A52 from Nottingham continue over M1 motorway towards Derby. After M1 junction continue for approx 3 miles then follow directions as from North/South. FROM THE WEST:- Take A38 following signs for Derby, then follow A52 to Nottingham for approx 3 miles. From Derby turn off at Ockbrock and follow signs for Borrowash, turn left after Somerfield supermarket and continue for approx half a mile. The development is on the right.
