Our current discounts

We always offer discounts to members of the armed forces and our shareholders. However, we may also introduce other discounts so make sure you check here or ask your David Wilson sales consultant for discounts you may be eligible for.

Armed forces discount

If the British army, navy or RAF employs you, or if you have served in the wars in Afghanistan or Iraq you will automatically qualify for the David Wilson Homes Armed Forces Discount Scheme.

This discount will give you £1,000 for every £25,000 you spend on your David Wilson property. So on a home costing £126,000 you will get a £5,000 discount, giving your property a final price of £121,000.

If you are retiring from the forces this year, you will be eligible for the discount right up until the end of the year.

Shareholders discount

If you hold 1,000 or more shares in Barratt Developments PLC you could be eligible for a discount of £500 for every £25,000 you spend on a new David Wilson home.
