Part Exchange means we could buy your current house – leaving you free to get on with moving to your beautiful new David Wilson home. It means:

David Wilson obtain two independent valuations and any offer made is based on an average of the two, so you can be assured of receiving 100% of its market value.

How it works

1) Once you’ve found your David Wilson home, just mention your interest in Part Exchange to your Sales Adviser. They’ll explain the criteria your current home needs to meet to qualify for the scheme.
 
2) Our Part Exchange Manager will review the information. If they agree your home is suitable, we’ll make you an offer on your current home (subject to a homebuyer’s survey and searches).

3) Happy with the offer? Great – you can reserve your new David Wilson Home knowing you already have the sale of your current home organised.

4) We’ll help you through the moving process, and take care of selling your current home (this may require you to allow viewings, when convenient). You can stay in your home until your new David Wilson home is ready for you – avoiding any additional upheaval.
