We could find a buyer for your current home

There’s no need to go through the usual rigmarole of selling your current house when you use our Movemaker service.

With Movemaker, we deal with an estate agent on your behalf, managing all the usual processes to sell your home so you don’t have to:

• Valuations
• Viewings
• Day-to-day liaison and phonecalls

All you need to do is agree the asking price and check the sales particulars are correct. We’ll take care of the rest.

What happens next? 

Once we’ve appointed an estate agent for you, we aim to find you a buyer within four weeks.

Once a buyer is found, we’ll assist the buying process so they can complete legal ownership as soon as possible – freeing you to move to your beautiful new David Wilson home.

To make use of Movemaker, we’ll ask you to pay a reservation deposit on your chosen David Wilson home. The deposit is refunded when you complete the purchase of your new home, however.
