Move with a low 4% deposit

Under the scheme we join forces with the Government, and lend you up to 20% of the value of the home you'd like to buy. So you could take out a 76% mortgage, with a 4% deposit, and be in your own place before you know it.

Your home is still 100% yours, and the loan is interest free for the first five years, unless you sell or transfer your property during that time. You can either pay us back in installments, or repay the same percentage that you originally borrowed when you come to sell or transfer your home, whatever it's worth at that time.
