Simple Steps

Ready to get moving?  You're just a few steps away from your dream home:

Step 1 Eligibility

If you're eligible to apply, we'll introduce you to an Independant Mortgage Advisor to talk you through your mortgage options and get the ball rolling.

Step 2 Apply

You can make a full application for your dream home.  Once your application is approved, you'll recieve a letter confirming that you're ready to go ahead.

Step 3 Choose

The exciting part!  Now you can select and reserve your home.  Simply tell us the plot you'd like to buy by submitting a Property Information Form.  You may need to pay a £500 reservation fee.

Step 4 Approve

At this point, you'll receive an authority to proceed with your purchase and you can submit your full mortgage application.  In the meantime, we'll get in touch with your solicitor.

Step 5 Complete

Once you're received a mortgage offer and a valuation, you'll be given the authority to exchange.  This is where your solicitor will help you to exchange contracts.  Within three months, you will 'complete' and pick up the keys to your brand new home.

 

Worked example based on a £120,000 purchase price:

You arrange mortgage   (66.5%) £79,800
You provide a deposit   (3.5%)* £4,200
We arrange equity loan  (30%) £36,000

Total purchase price    £120,000
