Buying your dream new home gives you confidence for the future. That’s because your new home is protected by a NHBC Buildmark Warranty which gives you a 10 year structural warranty and a 2 year fixtures and fittings warranty as standard. You’re always safe in the knowledge that a David Wilson home comes with peace of mind.
The structure, foundations and roofing of your home are covered for the 10 years by the NHBC Buildmark Warranty.
It’s a 10 year insurance policy and the full details are sent out in your Buildmark Cover document which you will receive from your solicitor. The NHBC also provides a useful booklet called ‘Guide to your new home’ which contains important advice about running and maintaining your new home. If you would like more information, you can obtain a copy of the Buildmark cover document by calling the NHBC on 0870 241 4302 or at our sales office. You can find your local sales office within the contact us tab.
