Put simply, we could give you a 10 year loan for 15% of the value of the home you'd like to buy. So you could take out an 80% mortgage, with a 5% deposit, and be in your own place before you know it.
Your home is still 100% yours, and you'll just pay us back 15% of what your house is worth after 10 years, or when you sell it, whichever happens first.
