Exclusions

We hope you'll agree our warranty is unusually comprehensive. Nonetheless, it can't cover the following aspects of your home:

• Garden landscaping
• Fences
• Carpets and floor covering
• Registered Social Landlord Homes
• Wear and tear
• Failure to maintain
• Your own alterations
• Wilful damage
